Physical Therapy

Our physical therapists provide individual PT sessions personalized to you and your goals. This includes resolving urinary, bowel, pain and sexual health concerns as well as wellness sessions to prevent injury and ensure safe recovery and return to desired activities.

Leslie McGehee is a physical therapist and Texas native that received her Bachelor of Science from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX before completing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center, in Oklahoma City. She discovered her passion for serving those with orthopedic and pelvic dysfunction after recognizing how common diagnoses were often overlooked and undertreated in standard healthcare settings. Leslie treats a variety of conditions, ranging from acute injuries to chronic aches and pains, and adopts a whole-body approach to optimize rehabilitation. She is committed to providing the best quality of care by empowering her clients to reach their goals and return to the activities that fulfill their lives.

Outside of the clinic, Leslie loves staying active through group fitness, running, golf, and weight lifting. Most of her down time is spent learning about health and wellness, cooking, gardening and enjoying time with her family, friends, and 9-year old black lab, Bailey.

Aleesia Isom is a physical therapist who completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth. She discovered her passion to specialize in pelvic floor dysfunctions through her own personal struggles with pelvic health and seeing a great need for pelvic health therapists during her clinical rotations. Aleesia is motivated to provide exceptional pelvic physical therapy to all her patients through patient-centered care with one-on-one sessions, treating with evidence-based practice, and striving to be a lifelong learner.

Nessa is our Administrator at The Fit Pelvis; with a strong background in business operations and medical office management, Nessa brings a unique blend of expertise and passion to her role. Before joining The Fit Pelvis, Nessa excelled as a Director of Operations for a youth traveling sports organization and as an Office Manager for Pediatric and Ophthalmologic practices. These roles have shaped her ability to streamline operations, manage patient care, and create a supportive environment for both staff and clients. At The Fit Pelvis, Nessa is particularly passionate about making sure that all patients are cared for holistically—addressing both their physical and mental well-being.

In her personal life, Nessa is an advocate for low-tox living and overall wellness. She enjoys staying active with weightlifting, diving into a good book, and indulging in true crime podcasts. Most importantly, she treasures time spent with her husband, their son, Noah and their 2 dogs as she navigates the beautiful journey of first-time motherhood. Katy is a physical therapist who specializes in treatment of abdominopelvic dysfunction and pain. Katy completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) at Texas Woman’s University in Dallas. Following completion of her degree she traveled around the country providing physical therapy services in a variety and settings before returning home to Texas.

Katy enjoys providing one-on-one patient care and individualizes her interventions to each patient. She uses a variety of evidence-based techniques including manual therapy, functional dry needling, biofeedback, and therapeutic exercise. Dr. Morgan Klette is a highly skilled physical therapist, serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area, who completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in her hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio. Morgan started her career in orthopedic physical therapy but shortly moved into pelvic floor physical therapy once she realized her passion to help those heal from symptoms that affect the most intimate part of their life. Morgan is dedicated to treating the whole person, addressing root causes to build resilience and improve overall well-being. Morgan is a certified myofascial trigger point therapist using techniques of dry needling and functional retraining to help her patients return to their desired level of fitness. She specializes in treating infertility but enjoys treating a wide variety of pelvic floor diagnoses from pregnancy/postpartum symptoms to chronic pelvic pain. Her patients benefit from her comprehensive approach, personalized care, and warm personality.

Karolina is a passionate physical therapist who earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Austin, TX. Before that, she graduated from The United States Military Academy at West Point and served as a military intelligence officer. She later transitioned to a career in healthcare, combining her dedication to service with her interest in holistic wellness. In 2019, Karolina added to her expertise by earning her yoga instructor certification.

Karolina developed a deep passion for pelvic health following the birth of her children and is dedicated to helping individuals overcome challenges and improve their well-being in this vital area.
