Kirsten Cossey is a physical therapist and Texas native who received her Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX before completing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, TX. She developed her interest in pelvic health after recognizing how many women and men struggled silently with symptoms that are both common and treatable. Kirsten is dedicated to ongoing advanced training and works closely under mentorship of experienced pelvic health clinicians to provide evidence-based, individualized care. Katy is a physical therapist who specializes in treatment of abdominopelvic dysfunction and pain. Katy completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) at Texas Woman’s University in Dallas. Following completion of her degree she traveled around the country providing physical therapy services in a variety and settings before returning home to Texas.

Katy enjoys providing one-on-one patient care and individualizes her interventions to each patient. She uses a variety of evidence-based techniques including manual therapy, functional dry needling, biofeedback, and therapeutic exercise. Nessa is our Administrator at The Fit Pelvis; with a strong background in business operations and medical office management, Nessa brings a unique blend of expertise and passion to her role. Before joining The Fit Pelvis, Nessa excelled as a Director of Operations for a youth traveling sports organization and as an Office Manager for Pediatric and Ophthalmologic practices. These roles have shaped her ability to streamline operations, manage patient care, and create a supportive environment for both staff and clients. At The Fit Pelvis, Nessa is particularly passionate about making sure that all patients are cared for holistically—addressing both their physical and mental well-being.

In her personal life, Nessa is an advocate for low-tox living and overall wellness. She enjoys staying active with weightlifting, diving into a good book, and indulging in true crime podcasts. Zoe Burgett is a dedicated physical therapist proudly serving the McKinney, Texas community. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University, where she built a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.

Originally from New Mexico, Zoe’s passion for physical therapy grew out of her years as a competitive dancer, where she developed a deep appreciation for movement and recovery. She began her career treating orthopedic patients before specializing in pelvic floor physical therapy. Zoe enjoys helping patients through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and a wide range of pelvic floor conditions.
